Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Community Pickleball Club website, facility, or booking system, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

2. Facility Use

  • All players must check in before entering the courts.

  • Court reservations are required and must be made through our approved booking system.

  • Proper court shoes and attire are required at all times.

  • No outside coaching, group instruction, or commercial activity without prior written approval.

  • The facility is monitored for safety and compliance. We reserve the right to remove any individual for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or policy violations.

 

3. Membership and Guest Policy

  • Membership benefits, rates, and access levels are subject to change.

  • Members must keep their contact and payment information up to date.

  • Guests may use the facility under applicable drop-in rates or passes.

  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

 

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Court bookings are first-come, first-served.

  • Cancellations must be made at least [INSERT TIMEFRAME] in advance for a refund or credit.

  • No-shows may result in forfeited fees or restricted future access.

5. Waiver and Liability

  • All players participate at their own risk.

9. Photography and Media
By entering the facility, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
 

10. Changes to Terms
Community Pickleball Club may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and take effect upon publication.
